rates are finalized after discussion based on project scope, word count, and
delivery time. Currently, payments are accepted via bKash, and
alternative options such as bank transfer, Nagad, and PayPal may be introduced
later.
Projects start after advance payment and are delivered after full payment is
cleared.
b. Refund Policy
Refunds are processed through the original payment method after verification.
6. Project Delivery

Delivery timelines and formats are agreed before project initiation. Urgent delivery options are available at an extra charge.
7. Revisions
Each
project includes up to three revisions within the agreed scope.
Revision requests must be submitted within seven days of delivery.
Additional revisions beyond the limit may require extra fees.
8. Intellectual Property Rights
All content created by PenMatrix remains our property until full payment is received. After payment, ownership transfers to the client unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients may not claim authorship or reuse unpaid drafts for commercial purposes.
9. Confidentiality
All
project materials, drafts, and client data are treated as confidential.
PenMatrix does not share any information with third parties except when legally
required or with explicit client consent.
10. Data Protection and Privacy
PenMatrix follows strict data handling practices as outlined in our Privacy Policy. We use SSL encryption, secure storage, and limited access to protect user data.
11. Limitation of Liability
