By accessing or using penmatrix.com, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please stop using the site and our services.

All services are provided based on consultation and agreement before work begins.

03. Rates and Payments

a. Rate Agreement

• ·         Rates are decided after discussion based on project scope, word count, research needs, and delivery time.
• ·         No hidden charges are applied. All costs are explained clearly before work begins.

b. Payment System

• ·         At present, payments are processed through bKash, a reliable and widely used system in Bangladesh.
• ·         Other payment options—such as bank transfer, Nagad, Rocket, or PayPal—will be introduced in the near future.
• ·         If you prefer another system right now, you may discuss it with us. We will try to arrange a practical solution.
• ·         Projects begin once advance payment is confirmed and are delivered after final payment is completed.

c. Refund Policy

• ·         Full Refund (100%): If no work has started after your advance payment, you may request a full refund.
• ·         Partial Refund:
• o    If up to 25% of the work is completed, you will receive a 75% refund of the payment made.
• o    If 25–50% of the work is completed, you will receive a 50% refund.
• o    If more than 50% of the work is completed, no refund will be issued. The completed and remaining work will still be delivered.
• ·       No Refund: Once the final work has been delivered and accepted, refunds are not available. However, you are entitled to three revisions within the agreed scope.
• ·         Refunds are always processed through the same method used for payment (currently bKash unless otherwise agreed).

👉 Solution if otherwise happens:

• ·         If you make a duplicate payment, share the transaction details. We will verify and return the extra amount.
• ·         If delivery is delayed from our side and you no longer need the work:

• o    If no work has been delivered, you will receive a 100% refund.
• o    If part of the work has been delivered and is usable, you will receive a refund for the unfinished portion as per the percentages above.
• o    If the project is fully delivered and accepted, no refund is provided.
• ·     If your payment is deducted but not reflected on our end, provide the transaction ID. We will help trace it with the payment provider.

04. User Responsibilities

When using our site or services, you agree to:

• ·         Provide accurate and complete information.
• ·         Use the delivered content only for lawful purposes.
• ·         Respect copyright and intellectual property rights.
• ·         Avoid misuse of our services.

07. Revisions and Project Delivery

• ·         Each project includes up to three revisions within the agreed scope.
• ·         Revision requests must be made within seven days of delivery.
• ·         Delivery timelines are discussed before work begins.
• ·         Any delay will be communicated as early as possible.

👉 Solution if otherwise happens: If revisions remain unsatisfactory after the third attempt, you may request a review. We will either make an exception at our discretion or offer alternative solutions such as additional paid revisions or partial refunds. If delivery is late without notice, you may cancel and request a refund as outlined in Section 3.

08. Limitation of Liability

While we always work to deliver high-quality results, Penmatrix.com is not responsible for:

• ·         Business outcomes or financial results outside our control.
• ·         Technical issues caused by your device or internet connection.
• ·         Errors linked to third-party platforms or tools.
